Lefkosia Tourism Board The Lefkosia Tourism Company was established in November 2007 with the aim to reposition the city and peripheral area of Lefkosia as a tourist and business destination for all persons visiting Cyprus. The Company is a private, limited, non-profit organization. The presidency of the Board of Directors is held by the Lefkosia Chamber of Commerce; the position of Deputy President is held by the Lefkosia Municipality. Representatives of Lefkosia district municipalities and communities also play an important role, as does the CTO and members of the private sector, such as the Travel Agents’ and Businesses Organization, the Cyprus Hoteliers Organization and the Recreational Centres Organization.
